It all starts with an inquiry. Once you’ve filled out the form on my contact page, you’ll have the option to book a complimentary discovery call before officially committing. This is a relaxed, no-pressure space to talk through your business, your goals, and your vision—and to make sure we’re a good fit before moving forward.

After we’re booked, you’ll receive an in-depth online questionnaire designed to help me really understand your business, audience, competitors, and overall style. From there, I take everything you’ve shared and shape a clear creative direction for your brand and website.

Once we’re aligned on direction, design begins. This is where your brand starts to take shape. I create your visual identity—logos, color palette, typography pairings, and supporting elements—bringing everything together into a cohesive, considered system.

This part is collaborative and hands-on. You’ll have space to review, reflect, and share feedback as we fine-tune the details together. Once your visual brand is finalized, we’ll bring it to life on the web.

When everything is ready, (don’t forget to grab your champagne!) it’s time to share your new brand with the world. You’ll receive your complete brand files and a detailed website guide so you feel confident using and maintaining your new site moving forward.
