First, the signature process kicks off with a discovery call. This is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and chat about your business, design project, goals and budget. Feel free to bring any and all questions and ideas you might have. After the call, you will receive a custom design proposal that outlines the process and package options for you to choose from based on the scope of your project.

Next, the strategy process begins with an in-depth online questionnaire that asks key questions about your business, target audience, competitors and desired design style. Following completion, we will schedule a 1-on-1 brand strategy session where we can get aligned on the design strategy for your brand and/or website.

Once we have a solid brand strategy in place, Farrah will begin crafting your brand visuals based on your business’ purpose, goals and needs. For brand and web design projects, we will always start with creative direction, followed by a full brand identity design before bringing your full presence alive through website design and development.

Throughout the course of our work together, there will be plenty of opportunities for us to check in. So you will be able to provide feedback and input regularly regarding the creation and refinements of your brand design. We will ensure that you are in love with the final result.

Lastly, as the project comes to a close and we prepare to launch your new elevated brand, you will receive all of your brand files and a virtual walk-through of your new website. You will also get two weeks of post launch support. So all you’ll need to worry about is how to celebrate this exciting milestone for your business!
